I love cauliflower - like I deeply love cauliflower. Any large meal I'm cooking you can bet I'm making cauliflower and cheese sauce. My families pleas for something 'a little lighter' are met with deaf ears. It's a special meal - we are having cauliflower. The best husband in the world - who I'm sure is tired of cauliflower and cheese sauce - elected to go another route and created this mouth watering roasted cauliflower soup.
